The only thing I can think the game could do with that is changing up enemy spawns. Though maybe there will be something like Master Levels later on. I always liked how classic Doom threw a couple curveballs at the player on NM.

I keep seeing reviewers claim they 100%’d the campaign within 20-25 hours. I imagine they mean getting every secret, instead of completing all achievements. Eternal’s campaign takes about 12-15 hours to 100%. I’d expect TDA to be double that. Then again these reviewers probably rushed through the game on an easier difficulty.
