The slayer went through multiple phases of stasis when he was in hell in the events of DOOM all the way through to the plutonia experiment, in hell he couldnt age, die, and he was incorruptible, so he just spent billions of years at a time fighting demons. The only times he would have aged would be when he was outside of hell for months at a time during the earth parts of the early games, and the short time before the divinity machine, fighting as a normal sentinel. After that he became an unaging god representing humanity.

The slayer in eternal looks like he had a wife and kids, and only aged slightly before being frozen in time pretty much. Also looks like the original sprite, maybe a little older.

This little new dude in the suit looks like he just learned to drive. He looks younger than the original doomguy face from 1993 lmaoo.
