This is only gonna matter to like 3 people in this discord i know of but holy shit, the FMCSA needs to pass regulations on minimum lot size to order and accept 53ft long trailers(or trailer of any size really) my Proposal is to require double the vehicles full length from dock to fence with no side obstructions for 1 full length from the fence. So to order a 53ft trailer you need to have 144ft of pavement between your dock door and the fence(area where the pavement stops)
