turns out on aquilo in factorio, you can expand your buildable area by placing down an ice platform, then concrete on top of the ice platform, which will then let you build on it
this is all the info thats provided to you in the factoriopedia
its just like with vulcanus, cause you can void resources by using an inserter and dropping them into the lava. Not once has that game mechanic come up in the game before, and never mentioned in the factoriopedia
