first off, you wouldn't use sinister strike as your opener, it's a filler move to generate combo points. You also wouldn't SS directly into an eviscerate, SS only grants 1 combo point and evis scales damage on combo points, a 1 point evis would do no damage

and then, you have already opened on the target, you wouldn't be in stealth, so you couldn't use cheap shot
