Okay there are 3 methods to stiff core for blades 1 is the core is a flat plane in the middle section and has foam halves glued to it and shaped, 2 the foam is U around a rod or plane core and is shape grooved around the core shape then shaped to finish, and the third is rod and just a hole is drilled through the foam and the shape is mainly foam.
