you can make thine own cheap enough
big slab of lean brisket
slap it through a bacon slicer
slap a load of herbs and spices and honey and balsamic vinegar all over it and leave it to marinade a day or two in the fridge
then just slap it in a fan oven at the lowest temperature you can for the whole day (like 50 degrees C or whatever)
when you come back the airflow from the fan will have dried it to perfection
