Well the clouds are hard to point out, but really id approach them like shapes instead or brush strokes, the moon is multiple shades of dirt and have multiple textures and high spots, if anything I'd zoom in on the earth and draw the shapes of the clouds, and then add fine touches like whispy brush strokes
