you would most likely need to roll your own solution to facilitate grabbing the save data from the other platform/s and personally I think it'd probably be easier to host them yourself (sure that means having your own server and paying for your own traffic but save data is trivially small)

the real problem is reconciling which accounts across platforms belong to the player
easiest solution is probably having your own account system
or giving the user the tools to link their own accounts ingame
