I think there's a difference that should be noted between "Jank" and outright Bad Design

Like from what I've seen, their control scheme (especially for controllers) is extremely questionable. Like for example in Crimson, you can use your sword to shine in the sun and highlight an area of interest.

But you can't do that while your sword is out. You have to put your sword away, and then press the button or key that specifically brings your sword out to shine on things, and the game is filled with many such similar examples of that

Yea, the controls on controller at least are borderline atrocious, because one button does multiple things so you need to be very mindful on how you press the buttons.

And that's fine when the game is doing a good job at being context sensitive aware (like for example Red Dead 2) but Crimson Desert is doing a very poor job at it, and that carries over to KB+M as well
