Nothing. Literally nothing. They added a sulfur cave biome that has a total of 2 new blocks: sulfur and some ugly ass red rock, that looks like flesh. The sulfur ponds emit poison gas that causes nausea, and there are yellow slimes that can eat block you throw at them and they become some sort of bouncy ball. It's embarassingly bad.
