After some investigation I have concluded that Twitch has killed third party embedders! tadaG4

They used to reply to API calls with the source URL for the clip, and it seems they still do for older clips, but for newer clips they don't give you this information. And checking the network log I can see that they have moved on to actually streaming the clips instead of loading the source file like they did before.

So tough luck, learn to use yt-dlp and download your clips to upload them directly to Discord yarrSip

The restrictions in question are related to payments: Russia is cut off from every major payment system (including SWIFT, Visa, MasterCard, all of them). I think it may also be illegal for a US business to transfer money to Russia or something like that -- he stated something along those lines but I have no certain confirmation of that.
People who live and have bank accounts outside of Russia will still be able to receive payments. The current sanctions are not based on citizenship or anything (nor can they be, it's not like a payment system knows the nationality of its user).

So lets say he have said things like that on a random stream, that no one seems to have clipped back then.

That can have been any stream - the last few days after you have started to ask for it. And backtracking like 30 days, so you have about 20 says - the amount of days he takes off and the occupationally "sick days" he takes out so lets say you might have 10-13 streams to watch, each stream are around 12 hours so start watching.

Your best bet would be to download the texts of all the streams and grep through them. Something along the lines of yt-dlp --write-auto-sub --skip-download https://youtube.com/@PirateSoftware/live followed by grep -i "twitch better" *.vtt.
Maybe you'll find it that way.

Well then, wait another week to send it in, and do that early so it's a fairly big chance that he gets to that message too, and it's not just added to the debt in #debt-tracker , if he just gets to it, he will often answer to that message live on stream, and when he does discord posts a time stamp link in #answered-tts where you can search for your name or message in there to see the answer even if you don't see it live, and then would be able to make your own clip of it later on
