I view ADHD paralysis as decision fatigue scaled up. Making a list of things to do and just going by the list helps sometimes. It only works if the list item doesn't contain a decision. For example, "Go for a walk" implies deciding when to go for a walk, whereas "Go for a walk the next time you use the restroom" is more like an if/then and not a decision.
I've heard this said other ways, like "make sure the steps are detailed, break down every action".
