that really sucks because i was able to play halfway decent when i had a shield but i cant get any protection without it or extra damage because i cant hold anything else but a shield and quiver because bedrock is such a piece of trash and makes it pretty much unplayable for me now because i relied on the shield as the only off-hand i could use to bridge the gap between all the bedrock bugs that are keeping me from using off-hands that buff me and i also used the shield in my toolbar because i could switch to it while using sword and bow and thats how i barely stayed alive without the other buffs help

hey pengy that would be really nice but you seen how i barely survived them mobs with even having a shield so i dont understand what was broken unless it was pvp oriented because i was still getting eaten alive with my shield in pve

Thor and i were battling each other and if I blocked with a shield it would negate ALL magic damage and all direct damage. Only way to hurt me was to set me on fire. Outside of that I was unkillable

The reason this happens is genetic.
Basically the Neural crest (between the eyes and just above) mutates and those cells go throughout the embryo and form into other organs/tissues.
This brings a very high likelihood of cancer throughout the body.

i think is something on their end, since it creates succesfully the exception, but it does not seem to validate the said exception each time it runs, so it generates exception into the inbound rules as long as you use the debugger
