I am looking for a couple beta testers for my text mmo based in a Discord server by a couple bots I wrote.
I know that sounds boring to anyone who doesn't enjoy text mmo's BUT I tried to go over the top and do things that were really hard to code to provide a fun experience.
There is everything from a story, boss fights, different "maps" from a wasteland to space to exploring multiple universes.
Farming areas, automated resource processing, factions, faction wars, crafting, upgrading weapons and armor.
I used Discords Embed function to make it look more like a game and I used drop downs for multiple choice options instead of just messages of text.
It is far from finished but have over 100 different functions coded so far!

This Project is a Monster Collector.
Open World ARPG.
Going for an anime style with a cartoon twist to it!
(Look at Honkai, Zenless Zone, or Genshin for examples!)
There are 11 original regions, planned 500+ creatures, a multiverse connection, and time travel.
Active Party Combat, 5 elements that will counter each other in a rock paper scissors format, each coupled with multi-layered skill trees, all connected by: stat oriented classes and friendship skill trees that affect you and your Wardawn.
You can own and decorate your own home; Gardening, Fishing, and even a monster sanctuary sim that all contribute to your journey.
Inspired heavily by: Monster Hunter’s combat, biology, and ecology; Sekiro’s parry, posture system, and bosses; and Final Fantasy 7 or 15’s dynamic active party combat; all in this single player, story driven game.
We are currently working on the prototype for Wardawn!
The prototype will take place in an arena, to solely hone down on the combat mechanics. The prototype will serve as a demo to a bigger more expanded upon prototype, personalization and characterization. We are just getting started with the prototype, so everyone who joins can easily catch up!

I've been working on a Monster Capture game for the better part of the last 3 years. We are finally releasing the first part of it after Gym Leader Ed's Yearly Monster Tamer Direct video goes live. (link below)
The game is called "Battle Gem Ponies". Heavy inspiration from Pokemon Emerald, but all original assets and characters. Pony themed, with a fine balance between based and cringe. The primary hook is swap + attack in the same turn.

Please let me know if this isn't allowed and I'm sorry if I missed a rule somewhere, I tried to be thorough and really scan to see if this was permitted and didn't find anything restricting it. It's not easy to ask for help and no pressure of course but I just thought it might be worth sharing this request for help my family has put out. My unemployment benefits(was supposed to have another 29 weeks since I was going into Computer Science Bachelor program) were yanked away by surprise about 4 weeks ago(confirmed by my state rep and governor's office) and a couple days ago my appendix was removed by surprise after some life threatening symptoms surfaced but apparently there isn't a quick track to restoring them(my benefits or appendix). This Project is a Monster Collector.
Open World ARPG.
Going for an anime style with a cartoon twist to it!
(Look at Honkai, Zenless Zone, or Genshin for examples!)
There are 11 original regions, planned 500+ creatures, a multiverse connection, and time travel.
Active Party Combat, 5 elements that will counter each other in a rock paper scissors format, each coupled with multi-layered skill trees, all connected by: stat oriented classes and friendship skill trees that affect you and your Wardawn.
You can own and decorate your own home; Gardening, Fishing, and even a monster sanctuary sim that all contribute to your journey.
Inspired heavily by: Monster Hunter’s combat, biology, and ecology; Sekiro’s parry, posture system, and bosses; and Final Fantasy 7 or 15’s dynamic active party combat; all in this single player, story driven game.
We are currently working on the prototype for Wardawn!
The prototype will take place in an arena, to solely hone down on the combat mechanics. The prototype will serve as a demo to a bigger more expanded upon prototype, personalization and characterization. We are just getting started with the prototype, so everyone who joins can easily catch up!

The elevator pitch is, 4 categories of audio; music, ambience, actions and monsters. You can loop music and ambience, play action sounds like turning pages or even use the sound of particular monster.
The build in Godot allows you to hotkey particular sounds to a stream deck and also build out decks for a DM session. 🙏

I made a tool for all you Unity folks out there that publish your games on Steam.
It's a lightweight editor window where you can configure your Steam Apps that are built from the same project, and all of their Depots and various versions.
⭐ Configure once, build with a single button press
⭐ Run all builds in sequence that plays system sounds when builds finish/fail so you can move on to other things while waiting for all your builds to finish.
⭐ Custom Script Define Symbols for each App Id and Depot to make logical changes between versions.
⭐ Editor window that allows you to include or exclude Configurations/Platforms from the build if you just need to build your demo
❌ Never forget to change the Steam AppID again when building
❌ Never sit around and wait for a build only so that you can change some settings and start a new build
❌ No more editing .VDF script files each time you have to run the SteamCMD
