Project:
Wardawn
This Project is a Monster Collector.
Open World ARPG.
Going for an anime style with a cartoon twist to it!
(Look at Honkai, Zenless Zone, or Genshin for examples!)
There are 11 original regions, planned 500+ creatures, a multiverse, and time travel.
Active Party Combat, 5 elements that will counter each other in a rock paper scissors format, each coupled with multi-layered skill trees, all connected by: stat oriented classes and friendship skill trees that affect you and your Wardawn.
You can own and decorate your own home; Gardening, Fishing, and even a monster sanctuary sim that all contribute to your journey.
Inspired heavily by: Monster Hunter’s combat, biology, and ecology; Sekiro’s parry, posture system, and bosses; and Final Fantasy 7 or 15’s dynamic active party combat; all in this single player, story driven game.
We are currently working on the prototype for Wardawn!
The prototype will take place in an arena, to solely hone down on the combat mechanics. The prototype will serve as a demo to a bigger more expanded upon prototype, personalization and characterization. We are just getting started with the prototype, so everyone who joins can easily catch up!
