The nose is different though, and the mask. The noodle in that picture has an all-dark nose, whereas Nemo’s is 2/3 dark, with a lighter bit at the end - see the mugshot.

nemo has changed a lot since he came in. it's why there is no official coat/mask guides on the wiki because the ferrets change so rapidly and drasticaly some times that having any sort of coat/mask/nose print identifier would be outdated rapidally.
