Some ferrets have a gene, which causes them to gain more and more white fur (and gray fur) with age, and this can just be like them getting a gray butt/pants or it can be them going from full color to all white

Yes i think it is similar, there are a few extra differences but they arent always relevant (for example ferrets born with roan white (speckled in the fur) already almost always roan to full white or close to it)

I bought two ferrets today however one looks to be 4 months and one 2 months, they were play fighting and the smaller one started crying out and we broke them apart. I understand they play fight but we are a little worried about when we go to work I have a few more days at home with them to monitor their behavior but should I be overly concerned?

Unsure tbh, I can only speak from my own personal experience with acupuncture where I eventually didn't need it anymore, but I can't speak on how this will go for Stinky!

(Acupuncture stopped my chronic leg cramps and fluid retention in my legs, I needed it for about 6 months to a year on a 2 weekly basis^^)

His vertebrae will never be in the correct position so he will probably get acupuncture for a long time, but some animals end up not needing it eventually

Right now be gets it every 2 weeks and depending on how he continues to do it may taper down to once a month

And I do physical therapy with him at home also

He is very relaxed with it, it's super obvious how much more comfortable it makes him

Oh yeah the one with the stripe on his head is more than likely deaf due to waardenburgs, or at the very least partially deaf! They will always be a bit more noisy cause they can't hear themselves 😅 and also won't react to noises the others make. They are very cute though ❤️
