I've sent you all the links that were shared between my partner and friends yesterday while I was asleep, as it was happening. Around 1am the winds must have shifted cause I woke up in a PANIC cause I could smell a very strong fire smell in my bedroom. Mocha has

• elevated liver enzymes and gallbladder markers
  (ALT, ALP, GGT, Cholesterol, Bile Acids, Bilirubin)

• Enlarged spleen with a large mass potentially associated with it, and a small amount of free fluid in proximity to it

• Enlarged mesenteric lymph node and possibly hepatic lymph node

So he's been put on:

• 2 different broad spectrum antibiotics to cover potential infectious causes

• liver and gallbladder support supplements

• egg yolk daily for lecithin to reduce the GGT

• twice daily subcutaneous fluids

In two weeks he has a recheck to see what his bloodwork says, if it's improved then we continue the way we are currently but if there is no notable improvement or, god forbid, it's worse, then we will consider:

• sedated aspirates of his liver / gallbladder / some other stuff for cytological analysis

Or

• exploratory surgery
