Its a vet brand similar to hills science diet or royal canine. They say the PowerCat formula is perfect to be fed to ferrets. As cats are obligated carnivors and it contains such a high percentage of the food is made from animal meat. Something like 92%.

i think so. iirc the biggest issue is when there are peas/legumes because they can cause bladder stones. but im not 100% on that so you might want another source
