I think what's recommended in the other ferret discord, from what I've read, is to remove 1 food at a time and see if it makes a change, to narrow down which might be causing it (though iirc this was about weird poops rather than weight loss). They say it's recommended to mix multiple foods in case one is out of stock or goes out of business etc, then at least they still have food they can safely eat without upsetting their tummies or worse, them rejecting it! I would recommend also asking on that server (I know you're on it) as they might be able to give you a better answer/explain it better than I do! And I know they'd love to help out if they can

She had been grinding for the last couple of days. Carafate didn't help, didn't see any mouth ouchies

Which is why I limit it to once a year. He has a strong pee pee smell going on after a year, and the shampoo i got is for ferrets, has oils and stuff might help his dry skin a little.

Stubborn thing refuses all oils

He'll literally just let it be on him, refuse to groom and instead try everything to rub it off

If it helps it helps, if not, he'll be less peepee smell.

Yeah the stuff i have picked is all natural made mostly with oatmeal (I'm probably going to dislike the texture), oat milk, and has oils that help his skin and is specifically for ferrets
