Okay, so my friend was suicidal about the possibility of someone who hurt her regaining reputation and slandering her behind her back, which did happen. Many things were said behind her back

I tried to encourage her with Thor as an example that people can talk crap behind her back, as long as she remains consistent in her work and not actively sabotage others, things will be fine. People may learn that she's not as bad as whispered. Here's the summary of her response (i said she was thinking in binary)

My friend was so supportive of the initial victim that she told me 'Can you not' when I said that even with photographs, I can't take the story 100% face value. I simply don't know these people.

The next day the other side's story came out. The story became way way way more complicated. It boiled down into 'Poor communication destroyed both sides with unmet needs and wants'.

So she became really dejected with the reason that the accused party (which involved the person who hurt her) may be forgiven

And I'm not sure if this is a red flag on how friendships are handled in general.

Several times people would subscribe as Thor was explaining this because for the most part we all know it’s the right thing to do. I actually generally agree with ya cas, i think that the evidence that thor is a fine dude and the allegations are untrue is kept too insularily. Its mainly kept to his streams and discord- but, i cant prove something to someone with ten hours of evidence, and the personality pattern his discord messages exhibit, ya know? So the trolls continue. However, i have noticed an uptick of people being like "wait, this is the person they're talking about? He doesnt seem like "x" or "y" so, the slow, patient, continue as you are game DOES work.

What's ironic, thor came across a similar situation in regards to heartbound IIRC. Someone can fact check this for me, but I believe the story goes as follows.

Thor had a maze in the game, player responds "Game sucks" in a non-constructive way, thor asks "why did they think that" then makes changes by removing the maze.

Just because something is worded HORRENDOUSLY, doesn't mean it should instantly be thrown out. There's always a reason, always something that can be done if things go right.

Yeah, it's pretty bad in it's current state. Wonderful concept, and TierZoo (Youtube) does an amazing job at explaining it, but the game is just wonky and weird.
