Rainwater collection is legal in WA for your fert building. No water right permit needed if:

• Collecting from existing rooftops (not structures built just for collection)

• Used on the same property

• For irrigation, equipment wash, dust suppression, livestock, etc.

Drinking water is trickier—requires treatment systems and county approval, so probably skip that unless you really need it.

Tanks just need to be installed safely (frost protection, anchoring). No gallon limits like some other states have.

A direct replacement for Discord would include voice chat and video streaming which consumes a hell of a lot of resources making it quite a costly endeavor. Just text chat channels however could piggyback off anyone's normal internet connection and you wouldn't even notice it.

We're already working on reducing or nullifying the pollution downside by the use of electric power, which has a far longer usage cycle, especially when taking into account using Solar Farms and Windpower to generate it
