It was glorious. they had writers ask/buy into making content that they could publish and sell themselves or with support of the company but had to reconfirm their writings with the company to see if anything was wrong or needed to be changed for lore purposes and a lot of really cool stories came from it as a concept with probably 10s of different writers making almost constant content. Indiana jones, Doctor who, and the like were well known for this. Doctor who still does this with screen play and books though (atleast last i checked)

I think it's failing at the part where it detects light/dark.
Setting this in a Stylus userstyle (modified from the part of ferrets.css that sets variables based on light/dark detection) makes it look the way it should for light mode at least.
(And I suspect that it only has a background because the light-mode background is specified without a light-dark check and then the dark-mode background overrides it when it detects dark mode...)

i find it to be completely hilarious and hypocritical for how the mark cheating thing is being handled. So a giant pillar of the youtube gaming community cheats on a game with a very large following and community years ago and gets pardoned because it was over a decade and hes "the sweetheart of youtube" but the stuff happens with pirate and people decide to go digging around years back in pirates career for cheating accusations and get a generational level of media against him on social media platforms. like how in the world does that even make sense?
