Areas where you might want to give your friend push back on is his lack of experience and knowledge in image or video creation. Just because he can make a copyrightable work, doesn't mean he has the skill or knowledge to make something good.

And lets say Twitch is wrong/lying about lurkers counting without interacting with the stream for a moment, I say "hi" in the ferret stream, for how long am I now counted as a viewer, assuming I don't reload the stream and my connection is stable? For as long as I have the stream open (so potentially the full 48hrs)? For the next 2 hours? It's all just so... egh...
