I can give an example of use on companies that I've personally seen
Imagine a catalog system where a group receives hundreds of images per week and they are all named differently by each sender. A woman who works in QA vibe coded something to add the code of the sender to the name of every image and now they were able to make a logic around it. It's temporary until an OPL is done but it works perfectly.

So if you think about senior eng running on production, ye, it's insane, but on lower levels and to do many other tasks around the product it's very helpful and reasonable

Another theory: Youtube seems to be VBR and not CBR. Looking at the youtube client bandwidth, it increases >1Mbps (@1440p AV01) when not showing a mostly black screen with very little movement. The issue may be when bandwidth is above a certain level and it triggers the ISP (or something) issue. A heavy blur filter will also significantly decrease video bandwidth as it is easier for the DCT compression to compress gradients.
