ya, fondant potatoes is effectively "cooked in broth" potatoes, so you get each side golden, then melt a bunch of butter into it, brush that over the potatoes with herbs, then add ~1cup of beef/chicken stock, toss it in the over to bake for 20-25min, then do a final baste with the reduced glaze left in the pan before serving

I also did something nice because of this community and Thor. I used to work at a animal shelter, it also held ferrets.
