A potential foster covered the cost of the treatment, the puppy survived, and now lives with the new owner happily
The client started a go-fund me to retroactively pay for the treatment, but it was already too late and she had already signed the surrender forms
News station runs with the story "their way" and the clinic gets defamed simply because they followed protocol and did the right thing
