And that’s when things broke. Obviously a logical error on crowdstrike part. But for companies that don’t receive automatic updates from windows how could those computers still crash????

I'm pretty sure with Thor's work drive and practicality, combined with his wifi 6 success and upgrade to wifi 7, he's going to run as few wires as he can. His current stream setup and the ferrets ran on the wifi 6 on 1 gig fiber for years

Hey! New to the streams. What do all the things on the Thors overlay mean?

The ones along the bottom all deal with his "TTS(Text-To-Speech) Queue". All Twitch donations of 500+ bits or a YouTube SuperChat gets combined into his queue system, which he activates using a button on his side. People use it to ask questions, share thoughts, be general Goblins, etc.

The left-most portion shows what number was the last read/total number in the queue. The "Wait Time" is the average time as total number processed averaged against time between activating each TTS. The "Bit Goal" I'm a bit unsure of the exact process, but when it gets large enough, Thor will gift out Channel Subscriptions.

Any TTS that Thor does get to, gets logged here in Discord in the #answered-tts channel, making it easy to find in case you missed it or want to re-watch. I believe Twitch holds VoDs for 5~6 months.

Any TTS not gotten to by the end of the stream will have their US$ equivalent marked and noted in the #debt-tracker channel. Though the substance of the message will be lost, Thor will use the financial portion expressly for charity purposes, keeping none of that portion

If there is ever a tracker at the top of the screen, that just tracks Twitch's Hype Train feature

The "Wait Time" has no average or more complex stuff going on, don't know who came up with this idea.
It's just a simple time difference between when was the last TTS sent and when Thor has read it.
e.g. the last message of yesterdays stream was read at 12h 15min 30sec and has a Wait Time of 8h 36min. So you take 12h 15min 30sec and subtract 8h 36min from it. This gives you the time the tts was sent: 3h 39min 30sec: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2207662642?t=3h39m29s
