Because the $15 a month is more likely to stay around as they have a reason too as a moderate player base will have good income.Expansions are likely included at no extra cost.The $60 one is more likely to fold as soon as new players drop away. Or add micro transactions paid DLC etc.
Depends on what you value pure $ per hour the $60 maybe better if you are looking for a game to play and then shelve.

Absolutely, And im actually surprised that, once you tinker with the settings just a little bit, it can give some decent battery life on some games.

once in a while have 5 hours in a day of train rides. Full battery lasts me the whole journey and at least 30 minutes of waiting on a friend.

It's kinda peaceful, being in a middle of nowhere trainstation, just sitting playing some guild wars, Persona or even any classic game

This game reminds me of a bug in Force unleashed.
You're fight on Star Destroyer and should open blast door, to power up it you need an energy battery. I used 2 in previous rooms and can't find 3rd. It must be nearby, but it didn't spawned.
I remember I see an energy battery somewhere near starting room, go and find it. Force pushing the damn thing for 15 minutes through the entire level was fun
