We used to have a system for that, but with the studio direction it was axed to work on our more mainstream serieses (what's the plural for series)

But we have special allowances to do things like volunteer work (up to 3 days of leave I believe), and have around 500USD of benefits to buy video games

A little story just a bonus, Devs in company create strong bond with Wargaming devs, played in teams, talked a lot about different stuff and invite each other to gatherings in different counties.

yeah, that's where as a DM you have to try and feel out your group a good bit (harder if its randoms either from roll20 or a local meetup) but almost any game can be fun regardless of rule sets. I got to play a warhammer 40k tabletop rpg that was heavily ruled but we still got to have fun cause we focused on just the general combat rules we found interesting and less on the nitty gritty "do this to make this happen" rules

Be all that as it may, if players like playing as close to the rules as possible def keep them in the DnD realms of games the rules are easier for players to get behind for sure

Yea The last game I ran with them. I free them up a little. I let one have a goose as a arcane focus. Did some favor things to loosen them up. I ended up have to leave the group because of time.

Oh the character is a fairy so the goose is miniaturized. Was planning on giving her the ability to enlarge it and be able to ride it. She would squeeze it and have it hook when she cast a spell unless she was casting an illusions then she would honk instead so the party would know.

My original group had like 4 DMs in a group of 6 people. It actually was too much hard to finish any game. I actually like what my last group had. We had one campaign and someone who DMed if someone couldn't make it in a very sandbox so they didn't miss the main game.

Those are usually the best (the sandbox dm), find it surprising you kept playing with a 4/6 dm game lol a lot of people would be turned off by that. I like to create open sandbox type things like that as the main world so the players can decide if/when they want to take on the main story (i litter the world with clues) but should they decide they just want to play around/murder everyone/kill all the dragons, whatever then the BBEG is gonna complete his main goal and tear the known world apart lol

Yea my favorite memory of playing was ADnD 2e with a group of 4 bards and a cleric. We didn't bite on any of the hooks. We just performed around town stealing from the crowd the whole session.

In that case i would probably let yall keep going for a while then eventually just have rumors of undead hordes taking over small hamlets and such and on the way to your position.
