I think I can give a reason why Ubisoft doesn't preserve some games on our platform. There are some games that require third part licensing in order for them to remain on the platform. For example, RUSE was taken off as the military licenses expired. In some other cases, it was determined that the cost of selling the game on the platform is more expensive than the possible returns. For the most part, those games are usually stored in cold storage until there is a need to review it. (Debug builds are stored so that we know what debugs to keep for testing)
