at your level, here's a few things you should have in your pocket.

1. both anti-air options, DP and cHP.
2. a combo from your overhead
3. A safe jump set up
4. a throw loop
5. 3 hit light confirms.
6. at least one combo and ender to use with each of your button categories, Light, Medium and Heavy.
7. Big dick punish counter combo

oh, and at least one combo involving your lvl 1 super

you tend to sit on your bar basically until it's too late

you should also know what every normal you have does, and what it's used for

this will cover your bases on damage, safety, offense, defense, and a little bit of oki

if you can check off at least half of those, you'll do so much better

Consider them short term goals to work on over time, that's how I improved when I was learning SF6
