They’re meant to invoke the design of early Superman costumes because Vought and Omniman himself respectively are trying to sell that benevolent do-folder protector persona to the general public to hide their true sadistic and sinister natures
The only criticism I understand to some degree is “why would you have two different evil Supermen parodies from the same streaming service in the same Kombat pack,” I can understand that criticism (although I also would argue that it’s awesome that they get to fight against each other) but the criticism of “their visual design is too bland” is not really applicable IMO. And if you really delve into their personalities and motivations they’re not actually that similar besides their powers and having Superman-based costumes despite being evil

If you mean that like physically we’ve never seen what she looks like in full demon form and not her human disguise, that makes sense, but we’ve never spent nearly enough time with her in any plot to have something like that shown off. She’s been very underutilized which is part of why fans of her want her back because if we actually spent some time with her in the story we could potentially see something cool like her true demon form or whatever
