In today video with us coming off the hype of the stellar Lin kuei trailer, i though that today we could do a breakdown of the new character bios for Smoke and Rain, as well as analyse how the story could possibly unfold from the details we do have here!

Prediction time: I think General Shao will be a “good guy” (to at least some degree, at least to start, and to the degree that Kotal was a good guy in X and 11, which was mixed.) FGLK letting Shao live in general is so stupid that the only way it can be rationalized is if he thinks Shao’s power can be used as a source for good or at least neutral energy

I predict there will be a scene where Liu or another hero representing Liu’s cause confronts General Shao and things look tense at first…but then they laugh it off and it’s revealed that they’re actually old friends and allies

But despite all that it seems that the previous and alternate dimensions are influencing Liu’s utopia and General Shao will eventually be overwhelmed by the main timeline Shaos

#

In any case, my main prediction is: one of the hero characters will find themselves face to face with General Shao, they will exchange seemingly hostile words, and Shao will laugh it off and hug/embrace/handshake either that character or another good guy character who then appears
