Maybe server staff app command? Owner can enable/disable it. When you type !staff-apply, MEE6 will ask you questions in DM (questions are created by Owner), one app is done, MEE6 will send every person’s that finished app in selected channel. Then on that channel owner can say !approve or !deny (must have @mention) or u can also make thing that auto-enables command in given time, like once per day or every month etc

Our server is destroyed when the robot shuts down or there is a connection error.

Over the last few years the bot has exploded in popularity, and is now in millions of servers.
The computing power needed to simply run such a bot is immense, and the resources in terms of server rentage is big, which we pay out of our own pocket.
Making the Role Rewards a premium feature is not as a cash grab, but as an attempt of simply keeping the bot online.

Role-rewards
For old servers that added MEE6 BEFORE 9/1/19 to their server role-rewards are free.
For new servers that only recently added MEE6 you will need premium.

We made this change because MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.
Premium helps us to support MEE6 and to keep the MEE6 dream going, without it, there wouldnt be a MEE6, as you can't run bots like this for free, its not possible.

We try to keep as much as possible of MEE6 free but this is just not possible.

An option to unban everyone using the MEE6 website, if for some reason you want to unban everyone in your server, for example; if a staff member gets mad at someone from the server and he decides to ban everyone, instead of going through every single member of the server who has been banned, you just go to the MEE6 website and if you have the right permissions you unban everyone, then it will ask you if you're sure. If you are, there you go, everyone is unbanned.

Is there any way to use the Moderator plugin commands without giving that person a role within Administrator? Im a MEE6 user (pretty much like everyone else) and I found out that to use Moderator plugin commands, you have to give that user a role with Administrator which in my opinion, is kinds stupid and doesnt make sense. My suggestion is whenever a role is added in "Moderator" it should be able to have access to plugin commands regardless if it has administrator or not, as I think that would make more sense.

make a timeout system, there can be a like one channel that the member can view when he is in the timeout which in theory should be the one that all the timeouts r logged in and also they should obviously be able to view the rules, but if the admin want another other channels for timed out members to access they obviously should be able to do that, so like for example a staff member cant type in !timeout [@member] [amount of time with first letter of time limit after] [reason] and they will get a time out role, and it will also remove all the other roles the member has and after the timeout is over, the other roles will return

Over the last few years the bot has exploded in popularity, and is now in millions of servers.
The computing power needed to simply run such a bot is immense, and the resources in terms of server rentage is big, which we pay out of our own pocket.
Making the Role Rewards a premium feature is not as a cash grab, but as an attempt of simply keeping the bot online.

Role-rewards
For old servers that added MEE6 BEFORE 9/1/19 to their server role-rewards are free.
For new servers that only recently added MEE6 you will need premium.

We made this change because MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.
Premium helps us to support MEE6 and to keep the MEE6 dream going, without it, there wouldnt be a MEE6, as you can't run bots like this for free, its not possible.

We try to keep as much as possible of MEE6 free but this is just not possible.

Hi, I would like to suggest a feature that is missing in the mee6 music plugin. In practice, in the current state, when a user types the commands !Stop or !Leave to bring out the bot from the voice channel, the list of songs is not deleted and therefore the next user who will use the bot will have to hear all the music added by previous users in addition to the ones he added. Since on my community server, as I think it is the same on other servers too, the commands !Skip and !Clear-queue are reserved for certain roles to prevent normal users from abusing these commands to delete music requested by others to put their songs faster, I would suggest you to add the possibility to make MEE6 delete the music list every time the command !stop or !leave is given, or anyway every time the music bot leaves the channel.

Okay so i've been in a server where theres a big public log to log every single change in the server, i would leave, but the poblem is that my friend is the owner and i don't want to make them sad or change things without them wanting it. I would love to see more leveling options. At the moment the xp system is restricted to messages for what I understand. What if you can also select VOICE CHANNELS to gain xp when people use it over a certain time period. Some member don't like to send messages but use the discord server as their main voice chat and I want to reward them for supporting the server this way. Another cool way to get xp is through REACTIONS. But you should set up the xp you can get through these methods like for messages (premium).

I can imagine it is the same reason why mee6 couldn’t do voice xp , mee6 can only be in one vc, and it couldn’t tell who is who. Plus, if you have used voice type services such as Siri, you probably notice it doesn’t pick up what you said properly, and the same would probabaly happen with mee6. And it would probably be resource intensive.

Making the Role Rewards a premium feature is not as a cash grab, but as an attempt of simply keeping the bot online.

Role-rewards
For old servers that added MEE6 BEFORE 9/1/19 to their server role-rewards are free.
For new servers that only recently added MEE6 you will need premium.

We made this change because MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.
Premium helps us to support MEE6 and to keep the MEE6 dream going, without it, there wouldnt be a MEE6, as you can't run bots like this for free, its not possible.

We try to keep as much as possible of MEE6 free but this is just not possible.

Have you guy thought about adding a plugin where you can say like !server-help (or something) where MEE6 will DM them and ask what they need help with and they will go through a few questions that the server admin come up with and depending how they respond it will log a "case" that the "server staff" can claim the "case" in the dashboard and the staff will respond through MEE6 (so they don't have to turn on there DM's if it is off) then what ever it is they can respond to them. But also you might want to have a thing at only allows them to have one case open at a time and if the staff say it was spam then after like 2 warning they cant make anther case until the staff allow them to again. Sorry if this is so out there that this is never possible and thank you for reading this super long thing.

Create your own timer message with IFTTT

  1. Go to Server Settings -> Webhooks, create new webhook and copy its link.
  2. Go to IFTTT and create account, if you haven't one.
  3. Go to https://ifttt.com/create, click [+this] -> Date & Time -> pick the frequency of sending timer message.
  4. Click [+that] -> search for Webhooks -> Make a web request
  5. In the following window fill the fields with values:

Having an option to add a note to each custom command could be nice. For example, if I have a custom command that picks a random response (assume all images), then if I wanted to remove one of them, I’d have to check every single link. Adding a note to that command would make it so that I could keep track of things/could help people remember what the command is for, if need be. Notes would not send, they’d be only for the owner/admins/bot masters to view to help edit commands faster. I’d at least find it useful, idk about others though

The description is what shows when you use !help commands, but I mean a separate field called a note. I get that you can just add that to the description, but then the descriptions would be really long if you’re trying to describe the image. I have one command that sends pictures of music theory related things, and if I put what each response is as the description, it would probably reach a maximum character limit quite easily, and still would have more images I didn’t describe. This would eliminate any confusion with what the links individually are. I also thought about adding them in the command itself, but that doesn’t make sense because if the image sends with the description, they can already see what the image is and won’t need the extra text @ Kate.. also sorry for the paragraph response lol, I’m trying to be descriptive
