Is it possible for MEE6 to make a Invite system like the LVL system? but in this case it hands out roles for the amount of invites reached, and removes the previous role like user has invited 10 members 50 members 100 members and it it gives the invited 10 role invited 50 role etc, so that when you type !invites it shows how many you have invited and how many more you need to invite for the next "level"

Is it possible to change so that you can choose which channels that specific commands (Custom commands) should work in. Instead of choosing which ones it should not work in. Had saved time choosing instead which channel commands should work in, it is easier for people to use Mee6 and save time for people who have large communities. Other than that, I really like the bot. It just takes so much time to pick all the not channels when you fixing with commands... :l

Youtube Plugin Suggestion:
Having a text box so that if a YouTuber posts a video with that "text" in it, It will only upload that videos instead of every video they upload. This will make it more easier to categorize to different videos, for example: If a YouTuber uploads both minecraft and ROBLOX for instance. We can categorize it to "minecraft" and "roblox" videos.

My Suggestion: Make it so Leveling Rewards are free and stuff like announcements or something that is a addon is premium because honestly, leveling rewards is a major feature that everybody wants/likes and nobody liked it when you made it premium.

A report command that lets users report other users infractions (for in case a mod isn't online but someone is really getting out of hand).
The command would post the report message (and any images/links) into a channel set in the config/web interface.

  2. Making a new bot would increase the resources and load we have on the server, which is not worth the time to add nor the money. To do so would require an increase in premium prices, something that a lot of people would not like

I used to use a different bot in the server I run but switched over to MEE6 around Feb. The community is focused on one game and the old bot allows us to filter the game on the auto live posts.

In the !clear command settings, there should be a maximum number of messages cleared that can be specified. Why? Sometimes when typing the clear command, I'll decide to only delete 10 instead of 15, so I go:

!clear 15
!clear 150 (on accident before deleting the 5)
!clear 10

So this should exist as a safety valve.

It would also just be good to have so that I know my moderators aren't purging channels left and right.

Make role rewards non premium. Making it premium is one of the worst decisions to ever be made, right behind Battlefront 2. It was one of the main reasons I had it installed. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. So many servers use it and don’t know it’s premium. They will be left wondering why the levels aren’t working. Legit sad. Mee6 grinding for the next role was a part of life for me.

It would be nice that every user can create their own store on the server and a special channel for this store and you can add things in this store that can be bought by every user if they have the right amount of currency and if someone would like to sell their store, write the sell-store command and it will he is for sale and can be set for how much it can be sold if a buyer is found, the buyer can use the buy-store command and the store is automatically assigned to the user who bought the store and all earnings from the store go to the seller and the buyer receives an account for the store but it can be also so that the buyer gets half of the store's earnings and the seller of the store can also get half of the earnings, of course, if someone buys something, the earnings go to the owner of the store, and to create something, you need to use the create-thing command, of course, the item created goes to the store.

I would like to see a revamping of the exp system a little bit. Currently, it only performs a check to see if enough time has passed between messages, before awarding exp. I would like the system to instead perform at least these 3 checks, each of which is to be configurable by each server:

  1. has enough time passed since the last exp message (default - 60 secs)
  2. is the message at least long enough (default - 1 character)
  3. is the minimum edit distance between the current message and all of the last 20 exp messages long enough(default - 0)

After each of these checks has been passed, then a random amount of exp is awarded for the message.

A note about the minimum edit distance mentioned: also known as the levenshtein distance, this is a number that represents how many letters need to be added, removed, or changed to transform one string into another. For example to change what's your name? into what's my name?, you need to add 1 character( m ) and remove 3 characters( o, u, &r ), so the minimum edit distance is 4.

The way the system is currently set up, it is very easy to set up an automated script to send 1 message every minute(perhaps from a list of several), to farm exp for exp roles. In our server, this has already been abused at least twice(that I am aware of).

1. Create a role named "Verified" and "Not Verified" for example.

2. Go to your channel settings. :gear: > Permissions > Deny the read messages permission RedTick for the "Not Verified" role, so they can't see the channels.

3. Create a channel called #Verification and allow the "Not Verified" role to read messages GreenTick here.

The computing power needed to simply run such a bot is immense, and the resources in terms of server rentage is big, which we pay out of our own pocket.
Making the Role Rewards a premium feature is not as a cash grab, but as an attempt of simply keeping the bot online.

We made this change because MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.

Adding in some sort of xp modification/rollback - I'm saying this because not all servers are lucky enough to have perfect staff members. Some take it too far, and delete a user's xp without warning. For many, especially people who have been in a server for a long time, that xp is a token of the time they've spent in that community. It's kind of insane that it only takes one person to screw with something of such weight. I know that the devs had already adressed this, how allowing the modification of xp would be stupid for some reason or another, but something along the lines of a rollback feature would prevent such situations from ever happening

message a user when their ban is up in a server for example when someone gets banned for 7 days they get a message at the end that will tell them they can join again. If the user isnt in another server with mee6 then they cant recieve the message but that is ok. So many servers have mee6 that this would be a great addition

I would like to suggest a cooldown for the livestream announcements. Basically a setting, that says, once a certain channel has had an announcement, it can't have another one for X amount of time.
The Reason? Las Night one of the streamers on our discord was having technical issues and had to restart her stream a couple of times. Every time she did that we got another announcement for basically the same stream.
