A one time session to access level roles
So, what this would do is basically would let users press an active button which would open a one-time session for 5 minutes that would let users able to pick up to possibly 6 leveled roles. After this, you'll > not be able to edit it and to edit it, you would need premium. But you are able to delete leveled roles though.

How do I create a verification channel?

MEEWAVE6 I assume you want some kind of verification system for your server, so here's what you need to do:
1. Create a role named "Verified" and "Not Verified" for example.

2. Go to your channel settings. :gear: > Permissions > Deny the read messages permission RedTick for the "Not Verified" role, so they can't see the channels.

3. Create a channel called #Verification and allow the "Not Verified" role to read messages GreenTick here.

4. Go to your MEE6 dashboard https://mee6.xyz/dashboard and select your server, then the Welcome plugin welcome Scroll to the bottom and add a role to give to a user when they join the server. (The "Not Verified" role).

5. Go to the Custom Commands plugin cc and create one called "!Verify" then add the actions "Give Role" and "Remove Role".
• Select the "Verified" role to be given.
• Select the "Not Verified" role to be removed.
• Scroll to the bottom and select "Clear command invocation" then save the command.

When you add a new channel, one of the first things you do is set up who can view it, who can talk, slowmode, and xp gaining. You can do those on disocrd but the xp gaining, you have to go to the website and add it there. It would be easier if there were to be a command that adds the channel ad a no xp channel

Suggestion: Make it possible that the twitch streamer announcement option only pops one time. Sometime streamers have a connection issue where they have to relaunch twitch 2 or eve n3 times and then the alert goes all over your server in a short period of time. Maybe a choice that the announcement comes only 1 time (with a certain period of time) and another option that it stays as it is now.

Over the last few years the bot has exploded in popularity, and is now in millions of servers.
The computing power needed to simply run such a bot is immense, and the resources in terms of server rentage is big, which we pay out of our own pocket.
Making the Role Rewards a premium feature is not as a cash grab, but as an attempt of simply keeping the bot online.

Role-rewards
For old servers that added MEE6 BEFORE 9/1/19 to their server role-rewards are free.
For new servers that only recently added MEE6 you will need premium.

We made this change because MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.
Premium helps us to support MEE6 and to keep the MEE6 dream going, without it, there wouldnt be a MEE6, as you can't run bots like this for free, its not possible.

We try to keep as much as possible of MEE6 free but this is just not possible.

Currently the Twitch integration in discord allows you to assign a role on your server for your subscribers. I would like to see a role assignment for Followers as well.

I would like to be able to specify a role and a channel (my channel to be specific) and if a user is a Follower on Twitch -and- has integrated their Twitch account, they would be granted the role automagically. If they unfollowed at some point the bot would notice (maybe every few days like subs) and remove the role.

While I'm particularly interested in Twitch, similar options for the other "Connections"/"Integrations" would be awesome!

So I have a suggestion that you make a command or an ability to give or remove rank to other people so as an example said person joined the server you could use the command like in this situation “rankadmin” and you could tag them or link them and it would give said person that was tagged or linked the Admin rank.

I have a suggestion. To add a YouTube channel you need to add your name. But what if your name is just like the others? I have that issue. Is there a way that we can get out YouTube channel links and add it from there since it doesn’t show up typing in my name?

in order for Mee6 to find your YouTube channel, you need:

  • 3 or more videos
  • your the most viewed video needs to have sufficient views
  • it takes some time (up to couple days) for YouTube to index your channel
    only once YouTube has indexed your channel, we will be able to find it.

Can we add a feature that automatically posts when you change a role? Like for example, if I manually give someone a role called 'Streamer', Mee6 will automatically post in my announcements channel that "(username) was given the (role title) role!"

There are too many variables to make it work. Not all servers set their AFK inactivity to 5 minutes, which can still reward a user 5 minutes worth of do just by saying nothing. To detect that MEE6 needs to be in a voice channel, which is also limited by Discord.

Please add an automated kicking mechanic, where I can essentially make a server for only temporary members. Perfect for ranked matches in any game, where I don't have to hear back from the stupid people I get matched with, while still having access to team voice chat in a game (like League) where team chat is not public.

Add an "if" statement to custom commands.
You could for example use it like this:
When someone does !color-blue then
If: {role} blue = true
If they have the blue role
Then: {say} You already have this role, silly MEEWINK6
Then it says that message
Else: {give-role} blue
But if they don't have it, then it gives it
This would make it possible to make custom advanced commands.

Currently the Twitch integration in discord allows you to assign a role on your server for your subscribers. I would like to see a role assignment for Followers as well.

I would like to be able to specify a role and a channel (my channel to be specific) and if a user is a Follower on Twitch -and- has integrated their Twitch account, they would be granted the role automagically. If they unfollowed at some point the bot would notice (maybe every few days like subs) and remove the role.

While I'm particularly interested in Twitch, similar options for the other "Connections"/"Integrations" would be awesome!

In big servers 1 of the main issues when you have a max level role is some people slack off when they reach that certain level
They stop being active or don't talk as much since you have nothing else to offer
So the feature i want and your bot doesn't provide is very simple, let's say you have 5 roles 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest, if someone is in level 3 for example and start being inactive for a specific period of time they get dropped down 1 level

MEEWAVE6 I assume you want some kind of verification system for your server, so here's what you need to do:
1. Create a role named "Verified" and "Not Verified" for example.

2. Go to your channel settings. :gear: > Permissions > Deny the read messages permission RedTick for the "Not Verified" role, so they can't see the channels.

3. Create a channel called #Verification and allow the "Not Verified" role to read messages GreenTick here.

4. Go to your MEE6 dashboard https://mee6.xyz/dashboard and select your server, then the Welcome plugin welcome Scroll to the bottom and add a role to give to a user when they join the server. (The "Not Verified" role).

5. Go to the Custom Commands plugin cc and create one called "!Verify" then add the actions "Give Role" and "Remove Role".
• Select the "Verified" role to be given.
• Select the "Not Verified" role to be removed.
• Scroll to the bottom and select "Clear command invocation" then save the command.
