I'm not sure if it's been brought up here before, but in one of the servers I help in, we have Mee6 set up to warn if a message contains more than 7 emotes. However, for some reason, we noticed today it has been warning users if has two specific emotes used in the same message. The two emotes are :kiss_mm: and :kiss_ww: and it doesn't appear to matter which order they are used in as long as they are contained in one message.

Hi all.
Two bugs to report.
- MEE6 would incorrectly trigger timed messages. Messages which i set up to play on Monday and Friday got played on different days. (This occured a few weeks back and since then i disabled the timer. Could have been a fluke with a local time setting on the MEE6 hosted server, maybe?)
- MEE6 ignores it´s rank - up configuration. Despite me setting "Level up announcement" to "Disabled", it would still message users of my Server with "GG, player, you just advanced" - this just happened an hour ago.

• You can currently only add 10 timers per channel
• MEE6 has an anti-flood system. So messages need to be sent between a timer and another in order to keep timers being sent
Note: In case you can't see any text channels when selecting the place to announce, it probably means you're logged in the wrong account.

Neither is the case regarding the timer bug.
I had ONE message sent by MEE6 on Friday 13th September and the next one by MEE6 on Monday 16 September, with no other message in between in this channel (neither from MEE6 or other users) - the timers worked just fine. I used those timer messages for people to remember them of weekly chores (Monday planning, Friday checkin), so two messages in total. Then, on THURSDAY 10th October it sent a Message intended for Monday and I deactivated the timers.

Having problems muting someone/they aren't muted? Check the following
Prerequisites:
- Moderator plugin is enabled
!mutecommand isn't disabled- Bot has role with Manage Roles and Manage Channels permissions
- Muted role is under MEE6 role
- You're trying to mute someone using

If user got Muted role but still can talk means there's issue with your channel permissions

Hello! There is a bug with MEE6.
You're not supposed to be able to post the same message over and over, that is awesome. But MEE6 should not block a message if the same phrase is on several places in one individual message,
I cannot paste some song lyrics for example. I cannot post several sentences in one message if they are too similar. MEE6 should not have that rule for individual messages.

It can be a bug if the bot just checks for repeated phrases as the intention should be to prevent several copy pastes being sent one after another so you the users don't get several notifications about the same message but the developer didn't know how or didn't think about comparing one message to another instead of one sentence to another.. If this happens when using:
Custom commands:
‣ Bot tries to give the role that higher than his own. To fix that, move the bot's role above the role he tries to give.
‣ Missing Manage roles permission. Go to Server Settings -> Roles -> Bot role -> Manage Roles permission
Moderator commands:
‣ Muted role is above Mee6's role. Bot can't give roles that higher than his own. Move it down.
‣ Missing Manage roles permission. Go to Server Settings -> Roles -> Bot role -> Manage Roles permission
‣ Missing Kick or Ban Members permissions. Go to Server Settings -> Roles -> Bot role -> Kick Members and Ban Members permissions
‣ For ban or kick, MEE6 role needs to be higher than the role of the user. Move it up.

Everytime i put the role members, it doesnt work, it's says "Whoops, it looks like I can't give one of the roles listed here. Please fix that by putting my role above all the roles listed here." Putting his role won't even work.

It seems MEE6 is no longer announcing when members rank up in my server. I recently set MEE6 to make sure it can announce the rank-up channel. If this doesn't work, what other solutions are there?

Bot doesn't react on commands!!!
That usually happens because:
- Plugin is disabled -> Go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard and enable the plugin with needed command!
- Permission is missing -> Ask your server's owner to go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard -> Settings -> Bot master -> Add your role
- Command is disabled -> Go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard, open plugin settings and enable the command!
- Do not reply to command option is enabled -> Go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard, open plugin settings, click [Edit] button, scroll down and disable the option!-
You're using command in wrong way! -> Moderator commands like !mute !kick !ban etc. need the user to be mentioned. Example: !kick @user annoying
