MEE6 says I have no servers, but that's not true...

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

Third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discordapp.com/app in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm action
2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on avatar icon in upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout
3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in upper right corner
3.2 In new window login to Discord. After that you will be redirected back to MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using correct account and MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

P.S. If you're on mobile and some elements are not visible, enable Desktop site mode or switch screen to Landscape (vertical) mode.

I'm experiencing problem with the reddit webhook too. It's working but with a hugge delay of like 9-10 hours, whereas just yesterday the posts were sent to discord immediately. It's been like this for me, I can not say it's the same for everyone.

Hey everyone. My server has been having a lot of issues recently with using Mee6 as a music bot.
To add songs, we have to use a youtube link, as typing in the name of the band and song now gives us "Error: Nothing found."
Then, the playlist won't list the songs being played.
It worked perfectly fine when first added, but it's been less than a week and it's very nearly unusable.
Is there any help I can get with this?
(If I'm in the wrong channel, feel free to let me know and I'll move this.)

‣ Muted role is above Mee6's role. Bot can't give roles that higher than his own. Move it down.

‣ Missing Kick or Ban Members permissions. Go to Server Settings -> Roles -> Bot role -> Kick Members and Ban Members permissions
‣ For ban or kick, MEE6 role needs to be higher than the role of the user. Move it up.

La plupart des serveurs qui ne peuvent pas accepté Mee6 sont les serveurs classés "spam". Généralement, quand tu es seul dans un serveur discord, tu ne va pas pouvoir inviter certains bots t'aurais même un message du bot ou une erreur directement sur la page d'ajout Discord comme quoi le serveur ne respecte pas les CGU, car comme j'ai dis ; il n'y a personne sur le serveur. Après si c'est un serveur "spam" inutile d'inviter Mee6 ça vous le refusera et deuxio, si ce n'est pas un serveur spam inviter un autre joueur sur votre serveur ou recrée-en un.

um ive been having some issues with mee6 in my servers that ive never had before. idk if its just me or its happening to everyone but it mostly has to do with the bot being unreliable with its moderation functions and sending welcome msgs at times. im kind of surprised cause i really enjoy this bot and using it has always been very easy and enjoyable and seeing it having trouble on my servers makes me a lil sad :c

okay so ive tested it a bit with a friend and realized the problem is with the repeated text moderation feature. it doesnt do a warning for spam or delete the msgs even tho i have it enabled and set to that option. i tried disabling the feature and re-enabling it but that didnt seem to fix it. everything else is working tho it seems.

I have recently created a bunch of level-up roles on my server, but because there were only three initially, the new roles overlap with the old ones (and maybe sometimes with one another) on certain members. I tried reselecting the role removal button on the website but that didn't solve the issue. Should I remove the unnecessary roles myself or is there an easier way to fix the problem?

It worked on the majority of the roles but from what I'm deducing the only overlapping roles are now 1 new one & 1 out of the three old ones. Keep in mind that the older roles used to be obtained on a lower level. Is that playing any role?

I haven't removed them at all. Just configured the level value. Now that the majority is fixed I wouldn't really care removing those few older remaining ones but I'm currently on mobile and can't check the members' levels on the website in order to know what role to remove out of the two.

Or your Antivirus is blocking access.

You can try restarting your modem you use for your internet and see if it gives you a new IP address.

And check your antivirus settings, sometimes they log what they block, and you can allow certain sites access so you can view them

Basically When Im On The Dashboard, Custom Commands I Click on the command i want to edit because theres a bunch, there's this weird glitch where, it mixes them up and I'd have to refresh the page everytime this never happened before please try to fix this bug immediately because it's bothering too much. thank you MEETHUMBSUP6

I don't know how but I found a bug where the command that was supposed to be removed after use has now permanently stayed on the channel, even if you try to delete it manually.

I made a custom command, which pinged everyone with a random message. I sent the command once, and MEE6 selected TWO random messages, and pinged my server twice. Is this a bug?

Having problems muting someone/they aren't muted? Check the following

Prerequisites:

Moderator plugin is enabled
!mute command isn't disabled
Bot has role with Manage Roles and Manage Channels permissions
Muted role is under MEE6 role
You're trying to mute someone using !mute @mention reason, otherwise it will not work

If user got Muted role but still can talk means there's issue with your channel permissions
Go to Channel Settings -> Permissions

If that's public channel that can be accessed by anyone:

Set Send Messages for all roles except Muted
Set Send Messages for Muted role

If that's secret channel that requires *special* role to access it:

Set Send Messages Read Messages for special role
Set Send Messages Read Messages for Muted role
Set Send Messages Read Messages for @everyone role

While I was using MEE6 in my server, I choose Welcome in MEE6 menu. Selected Give roles when a user join the server. But there wasn't any roles that MEE6 can give. What should I do or is it a bug?

is the name + avatar top right on the website correct, if not pls logout and try again
try kicking and re-inviting the bot, sometimes he doesn't see the roles for some reason
make sure there are roles UNDER MEE6 his highest role
