I want to report that the mee6 does not give experience or give you the roles at all, I gave you the permissions and the list of empty figure levels, you use the rank command and even if it does not work it says unranked, the music command! add with or without youtube link does not work well just lets you play a song to add more gives you an error

That usually happens because:

- Plugin is disabled -> Go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard and enable the plugin with needed command!
- Permission is missing -> Ask your server's owner to go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard -> Settings -> Bot master -> Add your role
- Command is disabled -> Go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard, open plugin settings and enable the command!
- Do not reply to command option is enabled -> Go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard, open plugin settings, click [Edit] button, scroll down and disable the option!-
You're using command in wrong way! -> Moderator commands like !mute !kick !ban etc. need the user to be mentioned. Example: !kick @user annoying

Having problems muting someone/they aren't muted? Check the following

Prerequisites:

• Moderator plugin is enabled

• Muted role is under MEE6 role
• You're trying to mute someone using !mute @mention reason, otherwise it will not work

If user got Muted role but still can talk means there's issue with your channel permissions
Go to Channel Settings -> Permissions

• If that's public channel that can be accessed by anyone:

• Set Send Messages for all roles except Muted
• Set Send Messages for Muted role

• If that's secret channel that requires *special* role to access it:

• Set Send Messages Read Messages for special role

I'm not sure if this is a MEE6 or a discord problem, so I'll report it anyway just in case, whenever I use the clear command, sometimes it won't get a cleared word, and i won't be able to delete it, not even with discord's delete stuff, like, the textlog is just stuck up there and nothing can clear it.

Discord bug yeah, sometimes because of a bad connection. Actually it's just because Discord cleared the message, but your app doesn't know it. A simple reload of the app fix it

Making the Role Rewards a premium feature is not as a cash grab, but as an attempt of simply keeping the bot online.

Role-rewards
For old servers that added MEE6 BEFORE 9/1/19 to their server role-rewards are free.
For new servers that only recently added MEE6 you will need premium.

We made this change because MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.
Premium helps us to support MEE6 and to keep the MEE6 dream going, without it, there wouldnt be a MEE6, as you can't run bots like this for free, its not possible.

We try to keep as much as possible of MEE6 free but this is just not possible.

The auto role for new users some times add the wrong role if two roles have similar names instead of going by ID
Had two roles Youtube - meant to ping people and Youtube - Meant to give admin access to alt account to catch people dming users scams ect
Out of a few hundred that joined only two people joined and got the wrong role so it seems it doesnt always happen but i doubled check logs and MEE6 gave the other Youtube role.
Both the 15/02/2019 right after eachother and people who joined after got right role.
So this might already be fixed but if it has not been reported before nor looked into, it might be wise checking so it never goes by anything other then role id

Because only I have access to mee6 pannel and havnt edited it since the start of the year and in audit logs it was the bot that gave em the wrong role and seeing how people who joined before and after these two got rigiht one i couldnt be that

(Reason you can tell the roles a part is from the member list and the fact they were popping up in staff chat, i went thru all of the audits logs before comming here since i assumed one of the mods gave it manully but nobody did.

But i will be safe and swap out the o for a ascii circle just in case it could happen again
