#UI Scaling - Ping Wheel Off-Center

I'm playing at a native resolution of 2560x1600. The fighter bar and icons appear relatively small, so I go to Interface Options and increase the UI Scaling (Experimental) from 100 to 150. When I right-click to access the Ping Wheel, I notice that it appears a distance off-center from my cursor depending on where on the screen the cursor is when I access it. The Ping Wheel seems to use the top-left window coordinate of [0. 0] as its origin, and won't scale properly relative to the cursor location.

When I access the Ping Wheel when my cursor is at the center of the screen, the Ping Wheel will appear to the bottom right of the cursor.
When I access the Ping Wheel when my cursor is at the top left of the screen, the Ping Wheel will appear centered on the cursor.
When I access the Ping Wheel when my cursor is at the bottom right of the screen, the Ping Wheel will not appear on the screen [further bottom right off-screen].

On the contrary, setting the UI Scaling to 50 and accessing the Ping Wheel at the bottom right of the screen will make the Ping Wheel appear at the center of the screen.

On a similar note, pressing the Restore Defaults button in Options does not appear to actually reset or visually do anything with the UI Scaling despite changing its displayed variable value back to 100. I had to drag the slider to 50 (the minimum) and apply settings, then drag the slider to 100 and apply settings again to get it back to the default size.
