there is also currently problems with the matchmaker, so it may actually be to do with that

I wouldn't be surprised if it was related to being on the backup matchmaker due to service degradation from the server hosts rn

@zenith karma Someone else had the same issue (An african player) and it was an issue with his ISP, So if your ISP got no issue.

By default windows enable the use of proxy detection (might be troublesome), so you may disable it and see if it work, just type "Proxy" in the windows search bar and you'll see it, Also it is kinda weird because you wrote a similar thing as him (It happened after resetting my pc) lol.

If it doesn't solve the issue you can also try to open up a command prompt as admin and try

netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
netsh advfirewall reset

Then restart your comp, be sure to accept when the firewall pop up and don't decline by mistake or it block the ports.

I don't think it has anything to do with my ISP, because the game was working perfectly fine, i had to reset my PC due to it having so many files,games etc, and being slow, so i resetted it (format) , and that's when this thing happened

You could open the windows ressources monitor and see on LEGION TD 2.exe the ping you have in the TCP fields, at least you would know if it even tries to connect

Restart the game, and tick again legion TD 2 (the new process) and see if it list anything in the TCP area

if you have nothing, this simply mean that you can't establish a connection lol

Restart the game and select the new process, and see if it shows up more, usually if it tries to connect but can't, you'll see in the TCP areas, some IP's that are grayed out

I think it's hosted in america (unsure), i live in France but the ping is variable from 60ms to 200ms, while on other game i'm constantly at 34ms of ping

it is too complex to know the reason as to why you can't establish a connection with the server, Perhaps the server just refuse to connect you as if you were ip banned, If the issue persist you can surely get help from the devs.

You have a clean config and earlier you did reset winsock, Though can you tell what are the IP that are showing up ?

maybe it can help the devs, honestly if the issue persist you have a better time to open a support ticket and see with them (in case it's an issue on their end)

well Steam have worldwide servers, but y'know, if it is just to authenticate and at the end it relies on the servers from Legion TD 2 devs, you'll get the same issue

Epic Games have no issue, it is either on your end (but i doubt) or it is an issue with Legion TD 2, it is too hard to figure out and it may be out of your reach

And send them your IP, so that they can investigate what's the issue if they have some logging from some endpoint

@zenith karma And by the way, did you try to use a VPN ? In case it may be that your IP is just blocked from the server, for whatever reason it can be 🤷‍♂️ That's usually the first thing to try, so dunno if u did test.

One thing is sure is that near your Area and in Africa there have been connectivity issues, sometimes it just fix by itself, don't know what's up with this but perhaps you are in the exact same situation <_< only the devs can investigate at that level, If with a VPN you still can't connect then there is nothing else to try.

Can't be an issue with Epic Games because they have servers located in North America,east,west, Centre, Brasil and Europe.

Ok, it was problem with update of epic online services. I install Fall guys, it automatically downloaded some updates of epic online services and then legion works xd
