there was no warning, the queue time i not sure but is around 3~4min

if they log in and que while you are already in que, you will not get a warning

Oh I see, thank you. Maybe they should make it u wont meet them on your team, but possible to meet them on the opponent team.

the match creator only considers elo, might result in match fixing issues if you could garuntee who you played against

it is more like guarantee who not gonna be your teammate, and perhaps more player care about their queue time and teammate, more than whether someone unknown getting boosted and become top 10 in leaderboard. And if a guy gonna matchfix, he probably will find a way to do so. Although i think my case is quite rare that someone in my scouter online and begin queue right after i queue, so guess is an unlucky event.

the scouter names can be adjusted instantly, if you have a group of ppl on it and see someone you would rather be paired with, you take their name off and boom teammates

But in general, you cant have a match maker take into consideration player preferences

why would you add someone u want to paired with, into the scouter that warn u that someone u dislike is in queue. Unless it is for information, lets say i add the best player into my scouter and I queue and unqueue every min to wait him to online, then i only remove him from my scouter to meet him as my teammate

theres also conflicting scenarios where multiple ppl have names in the scouter and then the matchmaker cant make a game at all

That is more of a player count in a certain rank range problem, i rather queue for 20 min rather than into a game with someone with a play style i dislike

I dont think it is too big of exploit if the guy wiling to spend hours to wait another player to online and play with him.
If they communicate with each other to queue at the same time and match fix or get into same team without the duo queue penalty, then the scouter doesnt help them.

you are right, its not really a huge issue towards match fixing, but it would be an issue with trying to make a game if alot of ppl were scouting each other

It makes sense cause most people's scouter only have player near their rank

but it is cringe when I meet someone i defnitely dont want to play with in my team, maybe they should add a self select disconnect feature, that when someone in your scouter start queue after u search queue, you will pause the search
