I keep finding myself in the situation of having a bad experience with a random teammate and not being able to add them on matchmaking scouter because I already got 10 people on my list. If i were to add every player to the list who stands out for toxic behavior or extremely poor play, I would quickly be in the three-digit range, so what's the point of this limitation?
