Please give us all options at all times, keep it stupid and simple. Just because I dont report someone during the match doesn't mean I don't want to do that afterwards.

Sadly its a technical limitation, intentional losing/griefing reports can only be issued while in-game because they require to access certain data that is not available outside of a game.
