The first match has a way more extreme gap (avg 2719 vs 433 elo) while the second one is closer together (avg 2682 vs 1732)
Also you seem to be comparing wave 1 to 3
But I checked the logs and the second game did have bonus income (35 spread across the players by 6, 8, 9, 12)
In the first game the bonus income was just higher due to the difference (about twice as much, so more noticeable)
