I know that a fix was supposedly in place for this, but maybe I claimed it before the fix was in place, resulting in me not getting one. I went through my inventory and collection and couldn't find any secret cards :(

Ah yeah, the reward will be claimed on login, due to technical constraints you'd have to relog once for the random card, then another time for the secret random card, sorry for the confusion!
