I cannot load to the game, it is the loading screen and then it drop me to the main menu and suggesting to reconnect. Then loading screen and again to the main menu until I get penalized for dropping the game. Saw this only in ranked. A few weeks ago it happened first time (2 times) and I got penalized. Today two times in a row. I tried to check the game data and reinstall. It didn't help.

This problem is not a usual one, it appears from time to time and only in ranked 2v2

But it's like your connection drops right? Why I suggest it initially until @pastel timber looks at logs anyway

Hmm that is a really strange one. It seems like you were connected fine to our login/lobby server but then instantly drop the conneciton from the gameserver. Do you happen to use any extra firewall or antivirus that could flag/block the connection to the game server?

First case a week before this logfile was on previous pc setup. Without any firewalls, antiviruses. This one is with the new setup, but still without any connection affecting tools. The next thing is that I havent installed any kind of them from the start of playing TD. I didnt see such problem before, just these 2 cases (drop from 4 games)

It isnt regular. Now it is ok for 2 days.

Guys, the problem cannot be solved itself, It is repeating. I cannot play this game, because when I want it, I got banned. I recorded a video of this. The connection is good, Ive even tried to switch ethernet to wi-fi, but the result was the same.

Oh, if you're playing from russia, the connection might be blocked from your ISP. For some reason some russian players have issues with that. In that case you might have to use a VPN to work around it or contact your ISP and ask them to unblock the Azure cloud servers

Also I would recommend testing in a sandbox game to not get your account automatically banned by our anti leaver system. I have reset the penalty but please make sure to not test in matchmade games if you're not sure whether you will be able to connect

Strange things. For sure I've tested firstly in weekly quest and everything was fine. In classics it is always good too btw. Dont really understand why.

We are using 3 different server instances, one for classic games, one for ranked and one for bot games, weekly challenge and other custom games like campaign, etc. So it is possible that the ranked server instance has been blocked by your ISP for some reason but in that case only a VPN will probably help around that unless you can contact your ISP and ask them to somehow unblock it. But the problem is that we are using cloud hosting, so we never reuse the same IP after we deploy a new patch. Even if your ISP would unblock that server, it would change next patch anyway again. In the long run using a VPN might be the safest option
