Malwarebytes blocks the Legion TD2.exe from connecting to a website/ip address

Since today, my malwarebytes suddenly started blocking the connecting with the ip address 52.138.222.83. Presumably this causes me to be unable to connect to game lobbies. I know how to add an exception for this but I'm a bit concerned, since it hasn't done this before, it says that it is compromised and a quick check with an online ip checker has 4 engines say that there is something wrong as well, though the majority doesn't say anything.

Is it safe for me to add the ip address to the exceptions?

I just double checked, it's the IP of one of the 4v4 game servers, so it should be save. The problem is that we're using cloud hosting and there's no static IPs. IP addresses are shared between different customers, so it is absolutely possible that some malicious actors have used this IP before to do some attacks and the IP is being reused for any legimiate service (like running our game servers)
